In August 2004, we launched Centurenet, an online job board targeting the over 50s in the UK, and inviting companies to advertise their job openings with us, knowing that they will specifically reach a pool of older, experienced workers.

Through word-of-mouth only, Centurenet already totalled over 35,000 unique visitors, mostly UK nationals looking for employment.
Since January, traffic to our website increased 60% while job applications doubled.
Each job posted on our website is viewed on average by 8,000 people with an average application rate of 3.
